Most LA weddings need three transport moments handled: the ceremony arrival, the reception transition, and the getaway. We coordinate all three from a single booking — same chauffeur (if you want continuity), same point of contact, and a single invoice. Common configurations:

Decoration, signage, and photography

We approve standard wedding decoration on rental vehicles — tied ribbons, magnetic signage, photo placards. We do not allow tape, paint, soaping, or any modification that risks paint damage. Operators on our team have coordinated thousands of weddings; we'll work with your planner directly if you have one, or run point ourselves if you don't.

Booking timeline

For peak season (May, June, September, October) book at least 12-16 weeks ahead. Specific vehicles — particularly the Phantom — get reserved a year in advance for the most-popular weekends. Off-season weddings can usually be confirmed within 4-6 weeks.

A typical setup is one hero car for the bride and groom (Phantom, Ghost, or Bentley), one or two SUVs for the wedding party (Cadillac Escalade or G 63), and a chauffeured exotic for the post-ceremony photo session. Larger parties or guest shuttles add coordinated SUVs. Our concierge will plan the configuration around your timeline.
Can the cars be decorated?
Yes, with limits. We allow tied ribbons, magnetic signage, removable bows, and bouquets. We do NOT allow tape, soaping, paint, window writing, or anything that risks paint damage or residue. Photographer-friendly placement of decorations is something we coordinate the day-of.
Do you provide a chauffeur or just the vehicle?
Both. Most wedding bookings include a chauffeur — a wedding day is not the right time to drive yourself. Our chauffeurs wear professional black tie or business attire (your choice), arrive 30 minutes ahead of the call time, and stay with the vehicle for the booked window. Self-drive is available for the post-ceremony photo car if you prefer.
How long is each booking?
Wedding bookings are by the hour with a 4-hour minimum. Most full-day wedding packages run 8-10 hours covering ceremony, photos, reception, and getaway. Multi-day weekends (rehearsal dinner + wedding + brunch) we package separately. Overtime is available at the same hourly rate; just let your chauffeur know.
Do you handle bachelor and bachelorette parties separately?
Yes — bachelor/bachelorette transport is a different (and often louder) booking than the wedding day itself. Our chauffeur fleet includes party-friendly Sprinters and SUVs alongside the exotic single-night experiences (Lamborghini chauffeur for the boys' Vegas weekend, party Sprinter for the girls' winery day). Mention both events when you contact us so we can coordinate.
What about transportation for guests staying at hotels?
We can coordinate hotel-to-venue shuttles for out-of-town guests using our Sprinter and Escalade fleet. Pricing depends on hotel count and group size — typically a flat per-shuttle rate plus driver gratuity. This is a popular add-on for destination weddings hosted in LA.
