Awards season runs from the Globes in early January through the Oscars in March. How awards-season transport differs

An awards-night booking is not a single ride. A typical talent itinerary includes preparation pickup (hair, makeup, stylist), red-carpet drop-off with timed arrival, post-show photo and press, then 2-4 after-parties spanning Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and West Hollywood until 3am. We coordinate the full night from one concierge:

  • Pre-show — pickup from preparation location, calendared to red-carpet arrival window
  • Red-carpet drop — timed to your publicist's assigned slot, dressed-friendly vehicle (no low rooflines for elaborate gowns)
  • Hold during ceremony — driver staged at a designated lot, cabin reset for the post-show ride
  • After-party rotation — Vanity Fair, Governors, studio parties, private dinners — coordinated by your publicist's schedule
  • Late-night home — final drop coordinated with security if applicable

Booking timeline

For Oscars night specifically, we open talent reservations in November and most premium vehicles are committed by January 1. Globes (early January) books from October. SAG, Grammys, and Critics' Choice all share the same window. If you're missing a vehicle for a specific event, our concierge can usually source from partner inventory across LA.
