Motorsport weekends are the calendar dates ASR Luxury exists for. Las Vegas Grand Prix in November, Long Beach Grand Prix in April, Monterey Car Week in August. Race-week guests want hero cars — and they want them coordinated with hospitality, hotel, dinner reservations, and (where applicable) cross-state delivery.

We've run this playbook every year since the F1 returned to Vegas. Pre-positioned inventory, race-week pricing committed early, and a concierge line that stays on through the weekend.

The motorsport-weekend package

F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (November)

The November race week needs LA pickup and Las Vegas delivery — a 4-hour drive that's easier in a chauffeured Bentley than your own car. We pre-position vehicles in Vegas during race week (the strip is parked solid; pre-positioned beats delivery in the moment), coordinate hotel transfers, and manage hospitality access if you're booked through Paddock Club or partner experiences.

Long Beach Grand Prix (April)

Long Beach is local — most guests rent in LA, drive themselves to the harbor, and park at Pine Square or the Marriott. Our chauffeur option avoids the parking nightmare. Beverly Hills pickup, drop at the gate, retrieved after qualifying or race, returned to the city.

Monterey Car Week / Pebble Beach Concours (August)

The week of car weeks. Most ASR Luxury guests fly into San Jose or Monterey direct, but we coordinate LA-pickup-to-Monterey delivery for guests who want to arrive in their rental. On-site we recommend chauffeur because every road around Pebble is in slow procession through the week.

The right race-week car is the one that turns heads parked at Caesars, Pebble Beach, or the Pine Square paddock — without leaving you sweating in traffic between sessions:

  • Lamborghini Huracán / Aventador — the race-week classics
  • Ferrari Roma / 488 / 296 GTB — Ferrari ownership-adjacent without the commitment
  • McLaren 720S / GT — for guests who don't want to be in a Lamborghini photo
  • Aston Martin DBX 707 — the SUV that doesn't ruin the aesthetic
  • Porsche 911 Turbo S / GT3 — the one driver-focused option in the lineup

Booking timeline

F1 Vegas: book 8-12 weeks ahead for race week. Long Beach: 4-6 weeks. Monterey: 12-16 weeks (the inventory committed for car week is genuinely limited, even at our scale).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rent a car in LA and drop it in Las Vegas for the F1 weekend?
Yes. We offer LA pickup and Las Vegas delivery for F1 race week and other Vegas events. There's a one-way fee plus mileage; depending on the vehicle and dates it's typically a few hundred dollars on top of the rental rate. Mention the route when you book so we can hold the right vehicle.
Do you provide hospitality coordination for F1 Vegas?
We coordinate vehicle and chauffeur logistics around your existing hospitality (Paddock Club, partner experiences, brand events). For transport-only bookings we handle hotel-to-paddock transfers and after-party rotations. We don't sell race tickets or hospitality access ourselves.
What's the best vehicle for Long Beach Grand Prix?
For self-drive, anything mid-engine and loud — Huracán, 488, 720S — earns the most attention in the paddock. For chauffeured arrivals, the Maybach S-Class or Rolls-Royce Cullinan get you to the gate with the right energy without the parking puzzle. Many guests book a chauffeur for the weekend and a self-drive Friday-night exotic separately.
Do you offer Monterey Car Week packages?
Yes — and they need to be booked 12-16 weeks ahead. The most-requested cars (Aventador, 720S, GT3) commit early. We also coordinate driver swaps if you're sharing a car among friends across the week, and chauffeur rotations for the parade-of-traffic days around Pebble.
Can I drive on-track at any of these events?
Track days are a separate ASR Luxury program, not part of the standard rental. Some of our partners offer pro-instructor track experiences at Buttonwillow, Spring Mountain, and Streets of Willow. Mention track interest at booking and we'll route you to the right partner.
What about Indy Car at Long Beach or NASCAR at Auto Club Speedway?
Same playbook as Long Beach Grand Prix or Las Vegas F1 — local pickup, race-day chauffeur or self-drive, weekend package. We've run it for every motorsport weekend in California for years.
